Research On The Industrial Policy Impact On The Performance Of The Automotive Industry

There is a big gap between Chinese auto industry policy and United States, Japan’s auto industry policy in the continuous improvement. China constantly needs improve industrial policy and have its own brand of innovation, research capacity, higher independent innovation, and independent intellectual property rights, to enrich the quality of automotive products, and improve the skills and core competitiveness continuously. Therefore, under the conduct of national policy guidance, our country and auto companies will continue to do their efforts to develop the innovation of the core technology, disburse the expenditures of research and development funds establish automotive industry talent training mechanism, to improve the automotive industry as a whole quality. Chinese auto industry can achieve healthy, sustainable and rapid development in the incentive market competition.Specifically, the research significance of this paper is showed in the following two aspects. On the theoretical level, in-depth analysis of dependence between the use of the status quo of China’s automotive industry, industrial policy and corporate performance of China’s automobile industry, in order to constantly improve industrial policies of China’s automotive industry research to provide a theoretical basis. On the practical application of Chinese enterprises, especially through the use of financial analysis and comparative analysis of the case of own brand enterprise performance, and provide the basis for China to develop and improve the automotive industry policy. Thus the research for this article is a forward-looking, in theory, feasible in practice, with the theoretical and practical significance.Generally speaking, this thesis is divided into six parts. The second part is a summary about the theories of this thesis, clarify the relationship between industrial policy and corporate performance through the course of development of China’s automobile industry. The third part is an analysis of the status. Industrial policies in China are facing some problems, such as the protective policy of excessive and inadequate government support and standardize. Then it puts forward the industrial policy proposal to improve the performance of the automotive industry from national macro-policy perspective, business perspective and consumer perspective. The fourth part is a comparative study of the performance of industrial policy impact on the automotive industry, it points out that our own brands need the support of the industrial policy and growth as well as our need to increase R&D spending on independent research and development capabilities in the automotive industry. The fifth part of the practical application of section is the study of the historical sequence of the performance of the industrial policy of Dong Feng Automobile Company.
