This thesis mainly makes an empirical study between employee’s work values and organizational citizenship behavior. As to employee’s work values, foreign studies are more earlier and better, but without Chinese culture as background factors, so if simply to rely heavily on overseas work values scale may lead to a deviation of the research results. This paper takes a mature and verified scale which adapts to the Chinese cultural background,the scale is divided into four dimensionsrworking condition, self-fulfillment and harmonious development and enterprise reputation etc.. And when we make the empirical study about the relationship of the staff work values and organizational citizenship behavior, It is found that leadership style is the important influenceing factor, and also found that the character as the core of the Authentic leadership theories makes a regulationg role between the employee’s work values and the Organizational Citizenship Behaviors. Therefore,when we explore the relationship between work values and Organizational Citizenship behaviors,the leadership style will be made control variables.In addition, in the past research, it is found that demographic variables on employees’work values have significant influence, demographic variables mainly incl-ude gender, age, education, working years, marital status and levels of positions, etc. And this paper mainly chooses gender, age, working years, and levels of positions etc as the main control variables. On the analysis of the relationship between the employee’s work values and organizational citizenship behavior, we made the demographic variables into the modles, so that we have the more accurate analysis between work values and the organizational citizenship behavior.In this paper,we get the data of empirical analysis mainly through the network and the scene in the form of questionnaires from enterprise employees, and carried on the questionnaire survey questionnaire data in the collation, based on the data of using statistical analysis of SPSS16.0after related.The major findings are:(1) There are linkages between work value and organizat-ional citizenship behavior. Material pursuing value demotes conscientiousness beha-vior; as self-realizing value promotes four factors of OCB, i.e. identification with the organization,altruism,conscientiousness,and interpersonal harmony; same relationship between harmonized developing value to altruism, conscientiousness, interpersonal harmony, and protecting company resources takes place. Enterprise reputation value is a negative predictor of interpersonal harmony, in the mean time; it is a positive predictor of conscientiousness, altruism, and identification with the organization.(2) The relationship between work value and OCB is mediated by authentic leadership. The positive relationships get stronger as the interaction effects between authentic leadership and both self-realizing value and harmonized developing value to identification with the organization, and altruism. The result indicates that the interaction effects between authentic leadership and harmonized developing value both to conscientiousness, and interpersonal harmony are positively related. Authentic leadership suppress the negative relationships both between material pursuing value to altruism, interpersonal harmony, protecting company resources, same as the relationship between enterprises’reputation to protecting company resources.
