Nowadays,due to the limit of the size and external development environment,SMEs in our country is confronted with an embarrassing situation which is in a short life and slow growth.Meanwhile,SMEs are often exposed to the problem of dishonesty,because their system is not clear enough and the management is not standardized.The concept of authentic leadership began to slowly into the people's vision with these dishonest phenomena are becoming more and more frequent.This paper take listed SME leaders as the research object,trying to find out the mechanism of the effect of authentic leadership on enterprise growth.These will establish a closer theoretical connection between business management and business growth,in addition,it is of great significance to promote the long-term development of SMEs.This paper is based on the theory of authentic leadership and enterprise growth,using the methods of questionnaire survey ? theory and practice,discussed the influence mechanism of Chinese listed SMEs on the growth of enterprises.First of all,this paper reviewed and arranged the previous studies and related theories;then,constructed the index system of enterprise growth and designed the measurement scale of the variables of credit leadership and puts forward the research hypothesis;next,doing an empirical analysis by using the data collected on the Internet and questionnaire and proved the assumptions presented earlier;last,reached the main conclusions of this paper and put forward some suggestions.The main conclusions of this paper:(1)The authentic leadership of listed SMEs in China have positive effects on the growth of enterprises,authentic leadership has a certain role in promoting the rapid growth of enterprises.(2)Employee's work attitude plays an intermediary role in the relationship between corporate authentic leadership and enterprise growth.(3)Individual values between authentic leadership and employee work attitudes play a negative role,the influence of authentic leadership will reduce with the increase of the individual values,the mediating effect of employees' work attitude is moderated by individual values.In view of the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1)Develop the authentic leadership style actively.(2)Attaching importance of employee's work attitude on the growth of enterprises.(3)Trying best to reduce the staff's individualism,enable employees to combine personal goals with business goals.The innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the new concept of authentic leadership into the research of enterprise growth,and using the employee's work attitude as intermediary variables,individual values as moderating variables,discussing the mechanism and path of the integrity leadership to the enterprise growth.(2)On the basis of previous studies and combined with the actual situation of our country,adjusting and optimizing the existing measurement of authentic leadership,forming a set of authentic leadership measurement scale which in line with the actual situation of listed SMEs in China,providing a reference for future research.
