Research On The Internal Control Of Automobile Manufacturing Enterprise Based On Strategy

Nowadays, as economy develops rapidly, every country pays attention to the development of motor industry. The reason for this phenomenon is that motor industry makes a great influence on the country’s economy. In order to pursue long-term stable development, the motor enterprises should value the plan of the strategy and execute reasonable internal control. Due to internal control is the highest aim of development strategy, so the strategic perspective of automobile manufacturing enterprise for internal control can make internal control role play receive efficient. And enterprise internal control based on development strategy can enhance enterprise staff’s cohesive force, they can try their best to realize the goal of enterprise and they can better promote the long-term stable development.The significances of development strategies and internal control standard in the background of the world’s economy has been analysed in this article. At first the related theory about development strategies and internal control standard, including its implication, effect, stage of each development and basic element, is introduced on the basis of the recent research of the world. In the second the signicance of internal control and the issues which may occur in automobile manufacturing enterprises of our country are introduced in this article. At third,each factor which may make an impact on the enterprises are analysed from a strategic perspective. Then the author uses the methods of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to analyse the internal control of FAW JIEFANG AUTOMOTIVE COMPANY, which is set as an example. Finally the author concludes the suggestions which may improve the internal control of the automobile manufacturing enterprises from a strategic perspective. The research could help the automobile manufacturing enterprises make full use of the internal control, which is important for the automobile manufacturing enterprise to strengthen its internal control.
