With the development of the economy, the increase of the auto possession and the changes of the consumption concept, there have been generating more business opportunities in car beauty and quick repairing industry. Chain operation is the best management mode for Chinese private and commercial enterprises to develop and expand scale currently. After knowing the notion og chain operation and chain operation strategy clearly and analyzing domestic and international tycoons’achievement on chain operation, the MD company is explicit about chain operation strategy in car beauty and quick repairing field, and it will help the enterprise develop chain operation firmly.According to the theory of chain operation and management strategy. Firstly, we can make use of the science methods of macroscopic environment, microscopic environment and SWOT analysis to analyze the enterprise surroundings. When we approve the achievements of the company and analyze problems, reasons of the slow development of the company, it will offer solid theoretic analysis result for the chain operation. Secondly, carrying on market analysis of the MD company and consumers who using the car beauty and quick repairing industry is to look for a target market and to find the market position. Thirdly, analyzing the modules of chain development can be used to select the module of chain operation suitable for the development of the MD company. Lastly, carrying out the risking analysis on chain operation and proposing the defending counterplan will provide decision support for the enterprise on the strategic development of chain operation.
