The Research On The Relationship Beween Corporate Governance Structure And Corporate Performance

China’s SMEs are the most active unit in the national economy, the pace of development in recent years and the contributions to the national tax revenue, jobs and other things are undoubtedly. The establishment of small and medium sector has facilitated the financing of SME, but also to make the business of small and medium sized companies more transparent, this requires the development of SMEs in accordance with a more standardized form. But late in paying attention to the development of SMEs, theorists of China made little research on the development of SMEs, especially in the corporate governance structure.This article takes the relationship between corporate governance structure and performance of listed companies in the SME as the core content. First of all, made a theoretical overview of the content related to corporate governance structure, then perform an comparative analysis of the existing corporate performance evaluation methods which are infusive, and to choose the methods of target screening, data standardization and comprehensive evaluation that most suitable for this study.In this paper, the calculated value of company performances is closer to the actual situation because multi-index comprehensive evaluation method can overcome the one-sided from analysis of corporate performance by single feature.Parallel data was constructed using the annual reports from161companies which are listed in2008,2009,2010. After a preliminary screening,we selected16indexes for performance evaluation and10evaluation indicators of corporate governance. With the help of SPSS18.0,we have calculated the integrated value of the corporate performance,and did a regression analysis for corporate performance and10evaluation indicators of corporate governance,ultimately,we determined the correlation between each variable and corporate performance. In the last of this article,we summarized the findings of this empirical study,and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations based on the findings, pointed out the inadequacies of research content and made the prospect for post-study.
