Research In China’s Corporate Governance SMEs

Very rapidly since the reform and opening up, China’s small and medium enterprises development, its gross national product in increasingly large proportion of the national economy as a whole, the development of SMEs directly affect the competitive strength of the country’s overall economy and level of development.
