Applied Research Of Comprehensive Evaluation System On Urban Natural Gas Vehicle Operation

In recent years, with the international energy supply shortage, energy-conserving andenvironment-protective has become the focus of international attention and thedevelopment of natural gas vehicle has practical significance. Our country started "airpurification--sanitary car action" from1999, and the development of natural gasvehicle made the good progress through many years development. For the region whichhave already generalized, how to evaluated operational effect of natural gas vehicle inmunicipal traffic and from which one to further promote the application of natural gasvehicle are the research direction.This paper analysed the current situation of the natural gas vehicle at home andabroad, combined with the development of natural gas energy and natural gas vehicle,thus froming the technical route and design. From system prediction and comprehensiveevaluation method perspective, in the situation of full understanding of the presentdevelopment of natural gas vehicle, combined with the characteristics of natural gasvehicle, from the cost, and resources environment consumption, economic and socialbenefits, environmental benefits from five aspects "on-output" angle to the operation ofnatural gas vehicle effect evaluation. In view of the complexity of the system of naturalgas vehicle and optional index of uncertainty, through the introduction of analytichierarchy process (AHP) to influence the effect of natural gas vehicle running all factorsin qualitative and quantitative (AHP evaluation index weight), in the evaluation indexesbased on the construction of natural gas vehicle operation evaluation index system, theintroduction of data envelopment analysis (DEA) construction method of natural gasvehicle operation evaluation model. The comprehensive evaluation model of natural gasvehicle operation applied to research area as an example. This paper analyzes thebackground, vehicles running environment case, the evaluation targets, constructingevaluation index system, and adopt comprehensive evaluation model and specificexamples of application and analysis.The innovation point of paper establish evaluation model of operational effect on thenatural gas vehicle, based on AHP/DEA. And to regard years as DMU, assess thevalidity of the model. For invalid decision unit, puts forward the improving direction forfurther development of natural gas vehicle are put forward reasonable suggestions andin order to for our urban traffic system of natural gas vehicle in the running effect of comprehensive evaluation to provide the theory basis and the practical guidance.
