Researches On The Effect Of Land Use Change To Land Carrying Capacity

Land resources is the foundation of human survival and the carrier ofall human activities, and at the same time it must provide production of material forhuman life.It plays an irreplaceable role in the development of the human race. InRecent years, as the development of urbanization and industrialization, thecontradiction between human and land became more serious. That how to keep thedevelopment and also protect land resources, and promote the rational utilization ofthe resources is the problem urgently to be solved. Land carrying capacity is researchcore in land science and the land function quantitative expression.In this paper, Gongyi city，Henan province is selected as the research object.First summarizes the domestic and foreign land bearing capacity and the researchprogress of land use change, we choose the suitable study Gongyi city land bearingcapacity and the change of land use of the method of theory, the relation betweenhuman and land resources are scarce theory, the sustainable development theory andthe theory of the bearing capacity of land as the theory basis, combined with theanalysis of the land use change model, computation of1990-2008Gongyi city landuse specific changes index. After the analytical hierarchy process (AHP), chooserelevant index, calculated Gongyi city of1990and2008land comprehensive carryingcapacity index. Will2008grain yield per hectare of land for construction unit of theeconomy and bearing capacity as a standard accounting in1990under the land uselevel of grain production capacity and economic carrying amount, through theintuitive contrast, get land use changes on the bearing capacity of land resources andthe bearing capacity of economic impact. The final section of the article will two issueof arable land and use change (be construction land occupied) cultivated land into thecultivated land fertility evaluation system for evaluation.In this paper, the main research results are:(1) Gongyi city land plaques tend tobe broken, various types of land use in all obvious changes, construction land useacreage greatly increased and land development by using state active.(2) Gongyi cityin2008comprehensive carrying capacity of the land is1990years have been vastlyimproved, but the bearing capacity of land resources, obviously decreased.(3) Gongyi food production, and cultivated land area is all fell. Economic carrying capacity andconstruction land area increased.(4) construction land occupied by the cultivated landfertility is better, fertile soil and water conservation, the geographical position issuperior, this part of the cultivated land occupied an average decline in the quality ofcultivated land, to give food production safety brings negative effect. Finally, the landuse changes on the impact of bearing capacity, are put forward to improve the bearingcapacity of the measures.
