Agriculture is the basic industry of the national economy, and our country is stilla agricultural nation. The agriculture department not only provides supplies for people, but also provides row materials for other departments. The development of agriculturebrought better life for people. But with the development of the economic, peoplemined more and more materials and the environmental resources have been consumedconstantly. The development of technology created poisonous things like pesticideand fertilizer which is large used and brought immeasurable impair for environment. The system of national account (SNA) reflected that people’s activities brought abouteconomics’ development and the standard of people’s life was ceaselessly improvedand material needs have been satisfied. But it didn’t consider about the people’sactivities and the economics’ development also brought shocks and influences forenvironment. Material Flow Accounting and Analysis (MFA) described environmentpressure and status quantitatively, and its unit was the weight of matters. Through theresearch of related indexes, we can talk over the sustainable development of nation orregions. This paper analyzed the data in the year of1990、2000and2008, andestablished the MFA of30provinces of the Agriculture Department. The paperinvestigates the Spatial Correlation of MFA in30provinces of the AgricultureDepartment by quoting concepts of the Spatial Econometrics.First, the paper briefly introduced the source of thought, the theoreticalframework, the system boundary and the Spatial Correlation. We also discussed aboutthe classification of MFA and the research status in and out of the country.Second, we collect the agriculture department’s data of30provinces from1990to2008, and established the MFA of input, output and compared some of derivedindices for Chinese Agriculture Department respectively. Using GIS and GeoDa andchoosing MFA accounts in the years of1990,2000and2008, we analyzed the SpatialCorrelation of30provinces and fitting EKC with Spatial Measuring Models. In the end of the paper, we summarized the conclusions and prospected thesustainable development about Chinese agriculture. There were conclusions in thepaper:(1) In the spatial way, the index of DMI,TMR,DPO,TDO,IMC and MP ofagriculture presented as concentrating in pictures and had spatial positive correlation. The spatial positive correlation trended to improve as year goes on, especially theinputs’ indexes as DMI and TMR. It showed that each province had intense correlationin environment condition. Some area’s environment condition had influence for around areas’.(2)According the EKC, DMI which was the indexes of inputs appeared shapes of N inthe year of2000and2008; TMR appeared shapes of pour U in1990, shapes of N in2000and straight up in2008. In a word, the inputs discontent the benign development according EKCand there were too much inputs in economic of agriculture. DPO which was the outputs indexappeared shapes of N in2000, and shapes of U in2008; TDO appeared shapes of pour N in1990,shapes of N in2000, and shapes of pour U in2008.
