This paper mainly uses the nationwide survey data in2010and2011to measure andcontrastively analyze the local brand motorcycle market’s customer satisfaction index. Thenunderstand the change of market’s customer satisfaction and the position of each enterprise. Andput forward the satisfaction management style.First, this paper introduces the research background, contents, methods and status. Second,it reviews the related theories of customer satisfaction. Again, it designs and selects themeasurement variables of local brand motorcycle market customer satisfaction. Forth, based onthe market survey data in2010and2011, it measures and contrastively analyzes the customersatisfaction index of2009,2010and each brand. Fifth, according to the measurement result andcontrastive analysis, it puts forward the customer satisfaction management style of local brandmotorcycle market. Finally, this paper sums up the main content and puts forward prospect.The research results of this paper are mainly:1)Measurement of local brand motorcyclemarket customer satisfaction as well as the main local motorcycle brands’ customer satisfactionin2009and2010;2)Vertically contrast the customer satisfaction results and analyze each brandand the overall market;3)Put forward the customer satisfaction management style of local brandmotorcycle market.
