Study On The Analysis And Promoting Countermeasures Of Enterprise Economic Performance

During the Eleventh Five-Year Period, because of the financial crisis, Steel industryreceives the enormous impact. Under the great environment of financial crisis, there are bigdifferences between the economic performance of different enterprise. As the leading enterpriseof steel industry, the economic performance of Anshan Iron and Steel varies sharply comparedwith Baoshan Iron and Steel and Wuhan Steel. The economic performance of Anshan Iron andSteel not only affect its own development but also influence the investment decisions ofinvestors. Therefore, evaluating and analyzing its economic performance will provide evidencefor economic performance management.This paper takes Anshan Iron and Steel as the object of study and analyzes its economicperformance by using of factor analysis and regression analysis, and then puts forwardcountermeasures to improve the economic performance.The main conclusions are as follows:⑴Determining of content element and evaluation for economic performance. Based on theliterature research, this paper selects15financial indexes to acquire content element foreconomic performance according to practical situation of Anshan Iron and Steel. And then thispaper evaluates the economic performance according to the factor score and comprehensivefactor score, and using the comprehensive as the dependent variable.⑵Influencing factors analysis for economic performance. According to practicalsituation, this paper selects eight indexes which influence enterprise economic performance fromfive aspects,including analyzes enterprise scale，ownership concentration, structure of assets andliabilities, management capacity, raw material cost as independent variable which impact onenterprise economic performance by influencing factor analysis. And then this paper constructsmultiple linear regression model according to the index system of economic performance.⑶Research of economic performance improving countermeasures. This paper givesadvice about how to improve economic performance from seven aspects according to the resultsof the regression analysis.
