Research On Financing Problems Of SMEs’ Collection Notes

Hard financing of small-and-medium-sized enterprises is a universal problem. One difficulty is the single mode of financing, the other is the dependency on loans from the banks. On2009, the first set of SMEs’collection notes was successfully issued in China. From then on, it became possible to open the direct finance channel for SMEs. SMEs’collection notes broke the only way which enterprises use to issue bonds, and broadened the finance channels for SMEs. After three years’development, the financing scale of SMEs’collection notes is constantly expanding, more and more enterprises have gain benefits, therefore it is a efficient way to solve the difficulty of financing. Also it becomes the neglectable part content of the capital market in our province.Meanwhile, due to SMEs’collection notes has appeared just for a very short time, most SMEs are not familiar with these notes. There are still many improvements on the procedures in organizational structure for lacking the understanding about the declare procedures. We still confront many difficulties and obstacles in the concrete operation such as high level and complexity of the approving the applications. All of the above influence and limit the issue of SMEs’collection notes. Thus, after the appearance and development of SMEs’collection notes, the main scale is not big and the effects are limit. Therefore, there is still a big difference between the needs of the SMEs. The SMEs’collection notes is a creative measure in breaking the hard financing problem in our capital market, it has far-reaching significance. In view of the research about SMEs’collection notes are limited, therefore, it is necessary to study deeply on SMEs’collection notes.The first chapter of my dissertation analyzes the concept, research background and current situation of the research of SMEs’collection notes. It is a main induction of the literature of the relative theories. The second chapter gives deeper research on the progress of the generation, releasing procedures and organizational structure and it also gives details about the releasing procedures and relevant responsibilities. The third chapter compares SMEs’collection notes with other financing options. The fourth chapter introduces the current situation of SMEs’collection notes in our country and analyzes the problems of SMEs’ collection notes face.The fifth chapter raises some important issues we should focus to release SMEs’collection notes successfully. The last chapter put forward the relevant improvement measures.
