In this paper, the robust optimization is used to analyze the location and routingintegration model and solving algorithm under uncertain environment. The networkstructures both of the remanufacturing reverse logistics of uncertain recovery rate andthe return reverse logistics of uncertain return rate are emphatically analyzed; thefacilities location and the route distributions of the reverse logistics products areimportantly taken into consideration. The robust optimization models of reverselogistics location and routing problem (LRP) are proposed and solved under uncertainenvironment based on operational research and robust optimization methodï¼› itachieves to realize scientific and reasonable network planning, and provides theoreticalguidance for the enterprises to carry out the reverse logistics. The main works are asfollows:Firstly, the paper expounds the background of planning the reverse logisticssystem in the fields of the high-tech products and consumer goods, analyzes the currentsituation and insufficiency of reverse logistics planning researches in China, and putsforward to new research directions.Secondly, the basic theories of reverse logistics is systematically introduced,including the definition, features, the market operations of high-tech products andconsumer goods, as well as the location and routing problems, etc; The uncertainty androbustness of reverse logistics are analyzed from the typical process of two kinds ofmarkets, the methods both of the non-probabilistic robust optimization (NPRO) and theprobabilistic robust optimization (PRO) and their basic models are discussed, then theapplication of robust optimization in reverse logistics field is relatively expounded.Thirdly, the uncertainty of the recovery rate in the high-tech products markets is described by intervals, a reverse logistics LRP model is proposed under uncertainrecovery rate based on sensitivity analysis, and a numeric example was presented todemonstrate the validity of the model.Fourthly, the uncertainty of recovery and remanufacturing productivity rate isdescribed by discrete scenarios of non-probabilistic, a robust optimization LRP modelis developed for recycling remanufacturing of reverse logistic based on NPROapproach, the optimization values of different scenarios under certainty are comparedwith simulation results obtained by example.Fifthly, considering the uncertainty of return ratio in consumer market whichdescribed by the discrete scenarios of probabilistic, the LRP robust model of returnreverse logistics is proposed on the basis of PRO approach, the robustness of modeland reconciliation for numerical simulation is analyzed.Finally, the innovation points of this paper are summarized; the limits of the paperand the direction which needed to further improvement and research are pointed out.
