Study On SME Financing Based On SWOT Model

For a long time, the difficulties in the SMEs financing hinder their survival and development.Especially now in the perplexing environment, the problem of shortage of funds in SMEs hasbecome the focus of attention.Most studies have being focused on financing problems from theexternal perspective. There may be a lack of pertinence and manipulation. Therefore standing inthe enterprise management perspective, the SMEs financing research has certain theoretical andpractical significance from the SMEs themselves.This thesis studies the SMEs financing using systematical analysis method, case studymethod and so on. It is based on the relevant theories of the SMEs and financing.According toour country’s situation, it analyses internal and external factors with the SMEs financing bySWOT model qualitatively and quantitatively.And then it makes a series of decisions in thecourses of financing practice. Finally it puts these analyses and decisions into an actual case forfurther application. The study has found some conclusions as follows. It is necessary to analyzeinternal and external factors with SMEs financing by SWOT model. Because this can helpmanagers make objective and scientific decisions. The SMEs financing process is also regular, itcan be divided into five steps. They are Pre-evaluation, Financing Decision, Financing Control,Financing Negotiation and Post Analysis.
