Research On The Relationships Between Internal Environment And Independent Innovation Capability Of State-owned Enterprises Of Shenyang

State-owned enterprises are the backbone of national economy of China, and play avery important role in the national economic development of China. As the political,economic and cultural center in Liaoning Province, Shenyang undertakes the importanttask to recover and revitalizes the northeast old industrial base and to achieve regionalsustainable development. Shenyang plays an important role in the modernizationprocess of the country. Developing the state-owned economy of Shenyang plays animportant role in the economy of Liaoning Province and the whole national economy.With the advent of knowledge economy, the ability of independent innovation hasbecome the primary means of economic growth and business development. Independentinnovation has greatly affected the level of the core competitiveness of enterprises; theability of independent innovation has become a measure of a country’s comprehensivestrength and an important symbol of modernization. For enhancing overall nationalstrength, it is necessary to ensure that enterprises, especially state-owned enterpriseskeep healthy and sustainable development, and necessary to strengthen the technicalinnovation, system innovation, especially the ability of independent innovation.Enterprises form their own independent innovation model by continuing to explore andbuild their own brands. However, ability of independent innovation of enterprisessubject to many environmental factors. Among these factors, the enterprise’s internalenvironment has a great influence on the ability of independent innovation. Therefore,by analyzing the various factors which have a great influence on internal environmentof the ability of independent innovation of state-owned enterprises of Shenyang, thispaper can grasp the status of independent innovation ability of the state-ownedenterprises of Shenyang, and it is very helpful to understand factors which have aninfluence on the ability of independent innovation of the state-owned enterprises ofShenyang and to enhance the ability of independent innovation of enterprises byimproving the internal environment of the state-owned enterprises of Shenyang.This paper analyzes that the internal environment of state-owned enterprises ofShenyang has effect on the ability of independent innovation of state-owned enterprisesof Shenyang and researches the relationships between internal environment and independent innovation capability of state-owned enterprises of Shenyang. This paperfirstly describes the theory of the internal environment of enterprises and the theory ofindependent innovation. Secondly, this paper summarizes that the various elements ofthe internal environment of the enterprise has effect on the ability of the independentinnovation respectively by reference to existing theory and research results. Thirdly, byusing a combination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation method and by using acombination of theoretical study and empirical study by using the SPSS statisticalanalysis software and descriptive statistics analysis, dependency analysis and multiplelinear regression analysis, find the relationship between the internal environment andindependent innovation. Finally, according to the results, this paper puts forward someadvices, such as increasing funds, establishing a diversified funding model and focusingon talent, especially the introduction and training and use of innovative talents; andenhancing the management level of the internal environment and the overall marketinglevel of state-owned enterprises in Shenyang; and strengthening IPR creation, utilizationand conservation awareness and so on.
