Research On Enhancing The Independent Innovation Capacity Of State-owned Enterprises In Anhui

Persisting the basic economic system of public ownership as the mainstay of avariety of forms of ownership to develop need to continue to improve thecompetitiveness of state-owned enterprises. Achieving the first rising of Anhui in thecentral region and building a better Anhui need to improve the competitiveness ofstate-owned enterprises in Anhui, in order to play a greater role in promoting. At thesame time, facing to the new situation of increasingly fierce global competition,market competition between enterprises is increasingly embodied technologicalcompetition. The key of winning the competition has steer from the price to thetechnology. We can see that most enterprises impacted by international financialcrisis in2008are no independent research and development capacity, relatively lowvalue-added products, high energy consumption and pollution,but the enterprises thathave independent innovation capability and core competitiveness develop well incrisis. Independent innovation highlights more important role under the crisis. Inorder to gain a competitive edge and play a greater role in the rejuvenation of theChinese nation journey, state-owned enterprises must continue to improve theircapability of independent innovation.Based on the analysis of the research scholars, and the current of independentinnovation of state-owned enterprises in Anhui, this paper analyzed the environmentof independent innovation of state-owned enterprises in Anhui and revealed thefactors affecting the improvement of independent innovation ability of state-ownedenterprises in Anhui. And, on this basis, from the innovation investment ability,innovation ability, the output capacity, innovation environment supporting capacityfour aspects, constructed the evaluation system of independent innovation ability ofstate-owned enterprises. And then, choose Beijing, Jiangsu, Liaoning and other nineareas’ state-owned enterprises as comparison object, with the factor analysis methodto carry on the analysis.The results showed that Anhui state-owned enterprises’independent innovation ability is weak, the overall rankings for the ninth.This paperalso analyzed the case of independent innovation of chery automobile, in order to useits successful experiences for reference.Finally, according the results of factor analysis and case analysis, it puts forwardsome policy suggestions on strengthening independent innovation input intensity,optimizing the state-owned enterprise independent innovation system mechanism,perfecting the independent innovation supporting system of government, andchoosing suitable mode of independent innovation.
