Non-intelligence factor is a problem which education academic and psychologicalscience give common concern to at home and abroad in recent years. Now more andmore people have realized that, high performance employees are not those of high IQand highly educated, but those who have Super soft quality. They found that the talents’non-intelligent factors such as the "soft quality" can also decide to the fate of thebusiness. The purpose of this study is to provide the feasible train of thought to improvethe performance of the marketing persons through studying the influence of insurancemarketing personnel’s non-intellective factor to the performance of the work in thehuman resources highly important today. Thus the enterprise can choose high quality,high level and high ability marketing talents.Through reading related literatures, first of all, defining the main variablesinvolved in this institute, such as non-intelligent factors and work performance and thenput forward the conception and theory of this hypothesis. Use the Non-intelligentfactors’ narrow define which put forward by professor Yan Guocai and “Taskperformance-Relationship performance” which put forward by Borman and Modowidloin1993. Construct the conceptual model of the relationship of the enterprise marketingpersonal Non-intellectual factors and their work performances. This study regardShandong Liaoning and Beijing’s marketing personnel as the research object. got310valid samples by Convenience sampling way. Then analyze the relationship ofinsurance marketing persons’ non-intelligence factors and those performances ofworking. The results of the study show that: insurance marketing persons’non-intellective factors have the positive impact to work performance, task performanceand relationship performance.
