Many studies have shown that personality factors highly related to Job Performance since the1980s, but it doesn’t mean the personality factors will directly affect the Work Performance, the relationship between them may also be affected by many factors. In recent years, Emotional Intelligence is popular in the world, the research about relationship between Emotional Intelligence, Personality and Work Performance research is a hot topic. However the mechanism of action research is less. In this research, Emotional Intelligence is introduced as Mediating Variable, in-depth study on the mechanism of action of relationship among Emotional Intelligence, Personality and Job Performance.In this study, many Real Estate Intermediary Company employees in shenzhen city, Guangdong province are the research object, through the questionnaire and SPSS statistic measurement methods on the relationship between the Personality, Emotional Intelligence and Job Performance has carried on the empirical research.1. House property intermediary employees of each dimension of Five Personality Factors for moderately related to Task Performance and Relationship Performance.2.Among Five Personality Factors of house property intermediary employees, extroversion, agreeableness and Emotional Intelligence are moderate related; the sense of responsibility is weakly related to Emotional Intelligence; neuroticism and openness have very weak correlation with Emotional Intelligence.3.House property intermediary employees’ Emotional Intelligence is strongly correlated with Task performance and Relationship performance.4.House property intermediary employees’ Emotional Intelligence plays a role of mediating among extroversion, agreeableness dimension and Job Performance, is e the Mediating Variable.5.Thier responsibilities are influenced by gender, age;Whereas agreeableness dimension is affected by the participants work time;Their emotional dimension of Emotional Intelligence is influenced by gender, age; Emotional Intelligence and the dimension are affected by the working time;Relationship between performance dimensions of Job performance affected by gender; The task performance and relationship performance areis influenced by the working time...
