Cycle fluctuation of Fixed asset investment and its influent factors of investmenteconomy is not only a significant real problem, but also is an important theoretical issue inmacroscopical economy. Fixed asset investment is not only direct stimulating effect toeconomical growth, and the expansion of investment will push for raw materials,production equipment, labor demand, which increased with the investment activities ofrelevant industry output and consumption demand, caused gross domestic product ofmultiplication. Therefore, studied the Hebei province fixed assets investment the cyclefluctuation features of total economic effect, and summarized the influence factors, whichhave very important practical significance to the Hebei province government of provinceof provincial Party Committee formulates the reasonable macroscopical economic policy.This paper firstly analyzes foreign and domestic fixed asset investment cycle theory,comprehensive system based on paper, decided the research methods and models of Hebeiprovince fixed assets investment fluctuation; Secondly, according to the " peak--peak "period dividing method, divided and analied the Hebei province1978-2010year fixedassets investment cycle fluctuations, and comparison of The country the correspondingperiod fixed assets cycle fluctuations, summed up the Hebei province fixed assets of thecharacteristics and laws of periodic fluctuation; thirdly, combined with investment infixed assets of Hebei province changes the actual conditions, screened out economicgrowth, fiscal, financial, trade, employment and policy environment of the six majorinfluencing factors, and used unit root test, cointegration, error correction analysis andGranger causality test of measuring economic model to these factors and the relationshipbetween the investment of fixed assets the calculation and analysis.
