With the integration of the world economy growing trend thorough popular feeling, a large multinational companies in the world within the various types of economic activity. And the development of China’s reform and opening up is attracted more and more multinational companies to invest in China, therefore, the enterprise operation mode, more and more get the attention and attention, but for a variety of reasons, multinational companies in our country has made great development background, also in management appeared a variety of problems, especially in human resources management, the reason is, is because of various cultural gap of the cause, this paper tries to research object, this paper discusses the Shanghai Samsung in cross-cultural human resources management in all sorts of problems, and its advice.The foreign capital enterprise to the development of China’s economy has played an important role, but in the internal management work, enterprises also often appear all kinds of contradictions, this kind of contradiction embodied in management way, way and so on, this is all because of the foreign capital enterprise and China have different because of the different cooperative parties national culture, so, often happen various types of cultural conflict, in this paper, we think this is cross-cultural management conflict, but according to the survey, up to now, many scholars have mainly focus into the European and American countries cross cultural issues, a lot of people think, Asian foreign capital enterprise, due to a similar culture and Chinese background, so little attention, so, this paper choose South Korea enterprise as the research object, this paper discusses the Shanghai Samsung in cross-cultural management, especially in the human resources management of conflict, discusses the reasons and puts forward the corresponding suggestion,This paper argues that, cross-cultural human resources management of conflict to enterprise’s development has important function, must adopt corresponding measures, improve the efficiency of cross-cultural management, this paper discussed, mainly from the cross-cultural theory, human resources management theory of Beijing, from recruitment, staff training and basic problems of human resource of Shanghai Samsung conduct cross-culture human resource asked the research, and carries on the proposal, expecting to multinational enterprise to South Korea and other countries enterprise provide some help.
