As China’s GDP jumped to the top2nd of the world, the enterprise integration is becoming more and more deeply between the Chinese enterprises and of the world, Chinese enterprises are getting more and more seats in the world top500and their rangking are becoming higher forward at the mean time. These results make us dance for joy and pride. However, our enterprises survival life generally is not long.baced on statistics nesolts, The average life of China enterprises is only about2.9years. Unpredictably market change, rising company cost, more expenses on worker welfare, turbulent business environment, together with many management difficulties are all factors that impact on the life of the enterprises in China. As the average life expectancy is shorter and shorter, people pay more attention on the enterprise management. Generally, the enterprises should look for direction firstly, then to strengthen their own power, and then to strentlen their sales, which make enterprise development expands. The important point is that should to find their own direction and goals for the enterprise, which called strategic advance. Strategic development is getting more widespread attention than before, enterprises has no more will to forward on the path without any purpose.Wuhan Hongxin Telecommunication Technology Co., Ltd is a company belongs to Wuhan Research Institute of Posts and Telecommunications, Fenghuo science and technology Group. The final management right is at SASAC. Relying on the gilded sign board, Wuhan post ASTRI, through more than10years of domestic telecommunications industry vigorously development, the enterprise got great progress. But compare to the other enterprises at the same period and the same level, howover the annual growth rate is lower, and the product line development is slower, and the scale is not matching to the position in the industry.The main reason is that that they are confused about the development direction. This article will introduce the telecommunication industry’s current situation and development prospect, and analyze the competition environment of Wuhan Hongxin. The first chapter introduces the origin and the significance of this research. The second chapter introduces the relevant content to stratefic management and the management research tool. The third chapter introduces the Wuhan Hongxin company current external environment analysis. The fourth chapter is the internal environment analysis. In the fifth chapter, the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the company. The sixth chapter is a summary of the last several chapters, which point out differentiation strategy, is the best choice of Hongxin.Folbwing the last chepter the seventh chapter discusses the implementation measures and counter risk measures. The eighth chapter is the conclusion. This combination of the above research, comprehensive consideration to choose Wuhan Hongxin company development strategy direction, is a certain lesson to the current small and medium-sized enterprises in the communication industry.
