Countermeasures For Enlarging The Middle Income Group Of State-owned Enterprises In Wuhan

With the deepening of reform and opening up,China's economic development has maintained a high speed growth,the world's leading level in the long term,the people's living standard has also been significantly improved.Since our party put forward the slogan of “expanding the proportion of middle-income people”.After that,the party and government further stressed that expanding the middle income group is the aspect of building a well-off society in an allround way.In the nineteen major reports of the Communist Party of China,we further put forward that we should expand the middle-income group so as to make people's lives richer and raise the proportion of middle income groups.Middle income group is a resident group whose daily income is kept at medium level and living standard is relatively stable.The expansion of middle income groups will help promote economic development and social stability and help build a service-oriented government.Although China has clearly proposed the slogan of expanding the middle-income group,it has not been implemented in specific policies.Moreover,the Chinese government did not start from the interests of the middle income group in the formulation of policies,and did not pay enough attention to the practical problems of the middle-income groups.Therefore,the middle income group of our country has become the blind spot group of the party and the government in formulating the policy of big government.This also leads to the lack of policy assistance and support for the stability of the middle income groups in our country.Because of the unbalance of social development and the rising price level,the problems of the middle income groups have appeared,which seriously affected the stability of the middle income groups in our country.In view of this,this study selects Wuhan,a core city in Central China,as an investigation site.The state-owned enterprises in Wuhan occupy a large proportion in the economy of Wuhan,and the welfare of the state-owned enterprises is better,the wages are higher,and the state-owned enterprises are more representative,so the state-owned enterprises in Wuhan are selected as the research object.This studyfocuses on the expansion of medium income groups in state-owned enterprises in Wuhan,and studies the four aspects of the status analysis,influence,causes and Countermeasures of the medium income groups in the state-owned enterprises of Wuhan.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and theoretical background of the middle income group,clarifies the significance of the middle income group,defines the concept of the medium income group and the standard of division.The second part is the investigation of the status of the medium income group in the state-owned enterprises in Wuhan.Through the questionnaire survey and the in-depth interview,the influence of the instability of the medium income group in the state-owned enterprises in Wuhan is analyzed.The third part is the analysis of the reasons that affect the expansion of the medium income group of the state-owned enterprises in Wuhan,and the factors that affect the expansion of the middle-income groups in the state-owned enterprises of Wuhan.The fourth part is based on the factors that affect the stability of the medium income group of the state-owned enterprises in Wuhan,and the countermeasures are put forward to expand the medium income groups of the state-owned enterprises in Wuhan.The last part is the conclusion,which makes a summary comment on the causes,effects and countermeasures that affect the expansion of the medium income group in the state-owned enterprises of Wuhan,and puts forward the conclusion of this paper.Through the analysis of the survey of the middle income group of the state-owned enterprises in Wuhan,we can draw the following conclusion: the instability of the medium income group of the stateowned enterprises in Wuhan is the imperfect social security system,the lag of the income distribution system,the larger human consumption and the middle income group of the state-owned enterprises belonging to Wuhan city.The result of a common effect of many factors.Therefore,Wuhan city should further establish and improve the social security system,build a multi-level securitysystem,deepen the reform of the mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises,deepen the reform of the income distribution system and the reform of the salary system,guide the middle-income groups to form a positive social mentality,strengthen the awareness of the market risk,and expand the middle income group.The investment channel of the body;strengthen the change of customs and customs.
