With the continuous development of China national economy, it is urgent to upgrade the traditional industries through advanced technology. Regards the housing industry, it’s necessary to promote its modernization with development of new technology, to meet the growing housing demands of people.PCa Technology, site assembly of Precast Concrete, is one of the important technologies in housing industrialization. This thesis firstly introduced the concept of residential PCa technology and its development in China and abroad, and then analyzed application condition of residential PCa technology. Build an application condition index system by analyzing and filtering all index of application conditions. The importance of all of the application conditions was scored by expert questionnaire survey. With Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to construct a mathematical model of residential PCa technology application conditions, so as to establish an evaluation system.On case study, the application condition of residential PCa technology in Hangzhou was scored evaluated by expert questionnaire. All scores in the questionnaires were processed by mathematical methods. Bring the data into the former evaluation model, to get the quantitative results of application condition evaluation of residential PCa technology in Hangzhou district.
