Research On The Project Cost Management Of New DZSS Aero Product

As an important part of project management, project cost management is thesafeguard of success implementation of the project. The management level of scientificinstitute is relatively backward; therefore, the improvement of its product developmentproject cost management level is also more urgent. In this paper, according to reviewproject cost management theory research and the present aviation new productdevelopment project application research situation, this paper put forward problemsthat the domain of the current aviation new product project cost management theorystudy is less, and management way is behind. This paper will adopt scientific theoryand method to provide reasonable improvement scheme, improve the level of projectcost management.According to the proposed questions, this paper combines theoretical research andcase study method to demonstrate how to improve scientific research institutes aviationnew product development project cost management level. First of all, combing theentire process of the modern project cost standardized management, establish theorysystem of the cost estimation, cost budget and cost control, and introduce advancedcost management method which different stages of cost management need to adopt;Secondly, under the guidance of project cost management theoretical framework,DZSS institutions as the scientific research object,which is mainly engaged in aviationnew product development project, through analysis of the present situation of projectcost management, and analyzes the existing all kinds of problems in the costmanagement. According to the problems, the author puts forward DZSS project costmanagement optimization scheme from the establishment of standard costmanagement process and proper selection of the cost management method.Finally, under the guidance of the optimization scheme, this paper have theimplemented DZSS aviation new product project as the research case, from two anglesimulation which optimization scheme have proposed, this paper studies the projectfrom the cost estimation, cost budget to the whole process of cost control management. The results of the study show that the proposed optimization plan according to DZSS isscientifically; it can effectively improve the efficiency and level of the project costmanagement and provide reference for the actual project cost management.
