Optimisticdimension has the direct influences on task performance, relationship performance andadaptation performance. Exceptive dimension has the direct influences on task performance, relationship performance and adaptation performance. Tenacity dimension has directinfluence on task performance and relationship performance, but has no direct influence onadaptation performance.
