The topic of management efficiency and employees’ performance is always popular. According to the exiting papers, employees’ performance is influenced by incentives, skills, environment and career path. That is to say, physical capital, human capital and social capital have a positive effect on employees’ performance. What’s more, Ke Jianglin, etc(2010) also prove that psychological capital has better effect on the employees’ performance.Hun Chun No. 4 Middle School is picked as a sample here to tesify the important relationship between psychological capital and employees’ performance, which would be a good example for companies. Hun Chun No.4 Middle School is a key middle school in Yan Bian Autonomous Prefecture, and get so many good results in teaching, education and entrance examination. Although there are no more benefits or bonus than before, teachers still keep a good working passion.What’s more, there is no difference between organizations’ psychological management. So it’ll be the best to choose an appropriate sample, which made Hun Chun No. 4 Middle School’s teachers here definitely the best object in research. It’s worthy studying and discussing the reason why they are in a high psychological capital level.Therefore, this dissertation will assemble and review the related literature, then measure the psychological capital and performance of teachers in No.4 Middle School by classical scales. On the one hand, companies can get a good example; on the other hand, the manager in No.4 Middle School will find a new management view. The measurement scale developed by Ke Jianglin(2009) is proper for Chinese culture in the dissertation. It has eight scales which are task-oriented psychological capital and guanxi-oriented psychological capital. Performance scale is developed by Han Yi(2006) with four scales.Major findings are as follow: the whole psychological capital has a good relationship with performance. self-confidence and courage, thanksgiving and dedication, respecting and courtesy have a positive effect on task performance. Spirit of enterprise and diligence, resiliency and perseverance, thanksgiving and dedication, respecting and courtesy have a positive effect on relational performance. Self-confidence and courage have a positive effect on learning performance. Spirit of enterprise and diligence, self-confidence and courage have a positive effect on innovative performance.
