Research On The Problem And Countermeasure Of The Industrial Development Distribution In Shouguang Of Shandong

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the deepening of the urbanizationadvancement, the county economy has been greatly tamped, and the industrial distributionshow gradually their own characteristics and advantages. However, the regional economicdevelopment in our country appeared many problems, like the disorder of the spacedevelopment and lower space configuration efficiency, and so on. Therefore, how todistribute the regional industrial development orderly becomes one of the hot spot of currentresearch. As the state has risen the general strategy for regional development and main bodyfunction region strategy for national strategy, all parts of the country are using theory forreasonable research of their respective industry distribution.Therefore, based on the study on the regional development distribution theory and mainbody function region theory on, and by in-depth research of famous domestic and foreignwell-known work, the author puts forward the concepts of the industry developmentdistribution. On this basis, the paper pays attention on industry development condition ofShouGuang, industrial distribution situation and existing problems in the industrialdevelopment distribution. The author carry on the thorough analysis from the space land,ecological environment, industrial cluster, industrial update, industrial structure, resourceutilization and so on six aspects to analyze the factors which restrict the industry development,and summarizes the guiding ideology, future development requirement and goals ofShouGuang’s industry development distribution frame. ShouGuang will further clear theindustrial division and space resources, and finally forms the sustainable developing spatialpattern which has high industry competitiveness, benign city interaction, and harmoniouscoexistence between resource and environment. Then, based on the guiding ideology anddevelopment outline requirements, it is concluded that the county development distributionand main industry functional partition. We could put the whole city2072square km as awhole space distribution, to make the eastern characteristic industry, the western logisticsmarket, the southern ecological agriculture, the northern coastal industries, central business service and so on “five regional economic plate", focusing on cultivating the industry baselike Marine chemical, petroleum equipment, automobile accessories, logistics packaging, newenergy, high-end agriculture, ecological tourism and so on.Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the formation ofShouGuang’s industry distribution. Based on setting up the concept of overall development,the government should introduce the supporting policies of the finance, land, environment,security and others introduced to promote industrial distribution adjustment, and completeindustry distribution unity in the transportation, communication, power supply, water supplyand other public facilities, to prompt Shouguang’s industry to achieve scientific balanced,healthy and quick and sustainable development.
