Guangdong Machinery Import&Export Corporation (Group)(“GMG” for shorthereinafter)opened in1950. It is the second level subsidiary company of GuangdongGuangxin Holdings Group LTD. In the passed60years, GMG has established a good imageand reputation. With the rapid development of our country’s economy, some of thestate-owned foreign trade enterprises try to keep paces with the times in the marketcompetition, and be gradually changing the traditional way of imports and exports foreigntrade, implementing the strategic transformation to explore the road of sustainabledevelopment. In this process, the financial team of traditional state-owned foreign tradeenterprises is facing great challenge in their overall effectiveness. How to build ahigh-performance finance team which is able to meet the development needs of enterprises’business transformation,is an urgent problem to be solved for the enterprises strategictransformation.Firstly,,this article detailed describes the present situation of the development of GMGgroup finance team, according to the development present condition of GMG group and theactual request of strategic transformation,bring up the strategy speculation of the financeteam development, namely the target complex of the team constructs,promote finance teammanagement level,develop finance team function improve the financial team memberquality.Establish a clear and definite team developments target system on demand of strategictransformation.Secondly, the paper discusses the safeguards for achieving the goal of teaming building,such as configuration from members of the finance team, training, performance evaluation,incentives perspective, and put forward a series of measures to improve the quality of thefinancial team members.Lastly, A highly performance team is more vivid and efficiently than the traditionalsection construction or other stable communities,and is a necessary form for increasing thecompany movement efficiency.This article is primarily from the development of highlyperformance finance team which will draw lessons to the team leaders how to develop andmanage their own team....
