| The power supply enterprise is charged with the operation of the power grid, and played an important role in ensuring the stability of the energy required for economic development. The power supply enterprise management level will have a direct impact on the safety of the power supply. The base team, as the most active of enterprise institution of a part, is to connect people with businesses, employees and the work. The power supply enterprise development strategy and target management has to realize through the base teams, thus the strengthen of the base team construction has the important meaning. On the base of studying the National Related Department earnestly the instruction opinion which constructs regarding the base teams and groups, as well as the State Grid Corp and the subordinate company’s base teams This paper constructed the base team construction evaluation system for technical and management team with the use of factor analysis, multi-attribute decision theory and related theories.First, this article summarized the National Related Department as well as the power supply enterprise itself the policy which constructs regarding the base teams and groups, provided a theoretical basis for base team evaluation, secondly the basic principles of team-building corporate team-building and the current power supply problems are introduced, then combined with the nature of work for the skilled and management team, indicators were constructed. Factor analysis and reliability coefficients kroner Bach method were used in testing the reasonability of the indicator system. After proving the system is reasonable, the evaluation model was constructed and the example computation was carried on.The result showed that the base team building evaluation system is scientific and feasible.Base team evaluation system for the team-building assessment provides a scientific and effective way to enhance the power of corporate management played a positive role in improving the management level. |
