Along with marketing situation change, thought of the enterprise managing & operation model, the traditional individual working style is replaced by team-base model gradually. The traditional performance appraisal bases on individual evaluation, it already can't meet current requirements of enterprise development. Due to special requirements of team and its own characteristics, A group with team-base should consist of these members who have different professional backgrounds, different skills and play different role within team. In most of previous performance appraisal practice, majority of focus have been attached to individual performance appraisal while team-base performance evaluation and organization objective are ignored. As a result, the effective of performance appraisal will be reduced and falls into formalism. Therefore, this paper put forward method of teamwork-base performance management research.In this paper, we further discuss some possible factors that affect performance of team-base. Understand this team-base performance appraisal method is a dynamic and circulatory flow. An effective performance appraisal method must support enterprise's strategy and adapt to enterprise's organization.Within this paper, the method of performance appraisal with team-base can be briefly summarized as "Two main line and one cycle". One breaks down the strategy of enterprise base on BSC as guide of appraisal plan of team-base; another defines legible responsibility and role for individual of team and establishes key performance indicator. Meanwhile, the fulfillments of job duty and KPI facilitate the improvements of team-base performance and achievements of indexes of appraisal. On the other hand, finally it further accelerate the actualization of enterprise strategy; the whole process of above comes into being an integrity and circulatory. Researching on performance appraisal method with team-base should integrate organization objective, team-base's performance and individual 's performance of team; the design of index of performance appraisal also must consider all of them.With BB Ltd as an example, research on performance appraisal methods with team-base, analyze how to evaluate appraisal performance of difference team-base and different team member within same team-base, validating the feasibility of performance appraisal with team-base in practice. Through this paper's research, provide some suggestions for improvement of performance appraisal methods with team-base of BB Ltd. and use as reference for these companies in other fields who will setup performance appraisal methods with team-base.
