Obviously, For each of the companies, human resource is the most precious treasure. If secondary industry such as the manufacturing sector attract customers by their product itself, then, as tertiary industry, the Life Insurance attract customers not only by the product itself but also by their service as the product has their special characteristic as follows:1) Their product is intangible goods;2) the needs for insurance product is potential;3) it is sold mainly by sale promotion. That is to say, service itself is part of the insurance product; the sales amount is influenced by service level too.It is known that, as the life insurance sector develops quickly in China, Product homogeneity is more and more serious, so the service level becomes the key factor to attract customers. How to sale the life insurance product is mainly decided by Personal Insurance Agent and Sales channels.Generally speaking, low satisfaction degree is the direct reason for employees to quit their jobs. So I want to find out the relevant factors which influenced employee satisfaction degree. And I will take out a center branch as a sample to research..
