Economic globalization put forward a big challege to the manufacturing enterprises. How to survive and continue to developing in the fierce competitione is the first and most important course to realize. In order to respond to rapid change market with the best quality and low cost, enterprises shoule seek breakthrough in R&D, marketing, production and purchase. As muti-product and flexible volume batch becaming the main mode of production, the effective and scientific production decision is badly needed which can effectively reduce business costs, improve enterprise economic benefits and market competitive power.This paper base on the MTS/MTO mixed flexible manufacturing mode of production, which has applied by many enterprise at present. It does a reasech in flexible production and tries to optimal production plan and schedule which can provide a sheme to help enterprises to realize their goals.Firstly, this paper studys and summarise the theory and methods of production decision support, and analysis the current research and content of MTS/MTO enterprise’s flexible production decision.Secondly, It find that in the same workshop the same facility can process a variety of workpieces, the same workpiece can be processed in many facility, but the processing time and cost is very diversity, which is one of the basic characteristics of enterprise flexible production. Base on the spot, this paper put forword a algorithm, which introduces a growth competition function into the ant colony algorithm, to solve the problem of facilities distribution when the workshop process different product. The distribution plan on the premise of meeting the structure of product aims to shorten time of different key process of different product. At the same time this plan provides a more accurate decision-making basis for the next step. Thirdly, the paper according to the feature of MTS/MTO enterprises, divide the order into the confirmed order and planed order, divide the long period into muti phrase relative to the demand time of the market product and the order. Then base on that, the paper constructs muti-phrase,0-1mixed integer programming optimization decision model which decides the number of the market products and order at the same time. It is solved by a hybrid encoding Genetic Algorithm.after giving the initial production plan, the paper does the further optimize by using the Period production batch control model to obtained the expected production volume of products in every shorter period.Forthly, according to the content and features of mixed enterprise’s flexible scheduling model, the paper derives a method to calculate start time and completion time under hybrid scheduling model. To solve the batch volume and sort at the same time, the paper constructs a mixed operation of the search strategies, this strategy use merge operations dynamic narrow the scope of the search, which respond to the most sub-batch number at beginning, then gradually evolution to a less sub-batch number, the search process organically combines GA with SA, uses heavy heating technology, to avoid the search into the local optimum and improve the search process of the probability step ability, showing a good global optimization performance, time performance and wave performance, through the simulation verified, which can effectively solve the flexible manufacturing muti-batch division and job shedule problem.Finally, the paper combines the production optimization theory and methods of decision-making with Modern information technology, use the technology of ASP.NET and SQL Sever to develop a production decision support system.This paper, combining enterprise development needs, study the flexible production optimization decision, which has realistic significance and can used as reference to enhance the production decision-making levels, increase the economic benefits, and improve competitive strengths of enterprises.
