The rural labor is the main force of Anhui agricultural development, in-depth study into what is the relationship between education investment and Anhui agricultural economy, and the extent to which the agricultural economy to promote the Anhui province of Anhui as agriculture is essential. Countries to strengthen agricultural infrastructure in the current status of the overall trend, this paper, human capital and rural areas of Anhui Province, in-depth understanding of the agricultural economy, based on the collection of Anhui Province from1990to2007, years of schooling of rural labor and agricultural data on the status of economic growth, according to years of education of labor in Anhui Province Anhui Agricultural different to human capital, in accordance with years of education were divided into0to6years,6to12years and12years in three stages, the first use of the VAR model by the rural labor force early give a standard amount of education the impact on the agricultural economic growth; followed by the impulse response function of the rural labor force in the current level of education to a standard amount of impact on the post-agricultural economic growth, and finally through the decomposition of the variance of education three different stages of life Anhui Agricultural growth rate of human capital on the contribution of the agricultural economy status. Higher degree of changes in the labor force and their strong association between increased levels of higher education train the workforce size of the workforce will contribute to higher degree of significant expansion.
