The Cost Budget And Cost Control Research On The Zhongjiang Low Rent Housing Project Of Gz Construction Company

In the competition environment, the cost control ability of the construction enterprise becomes a core competence which impacts the development of the construction enterprise. Many construction enterprises will focus on the control of the construction cost. Through the case analysis, this paper concludes that the cost management of the construction enterprise is a systems engineering in the project cost control. It needs a dynamic cost control mechanism which can control the whole process.Firstly, this paper analyzed the basic theory and method of the project cost budget and control, including the concept and composition of the project cost, the concept, principles, processes of cost budgeting, and the target and principle of cost control. Then, this paper analyzed the cost budgeting process of Zhongjiang low rent housing project of GZ Construction Company and the deficiencies of cost budgeting. Thirdly, this paper also analyzed the cost process and measures of Zhongjiang low rent housing project, as well as the problems of cost control. At last, based on the above analysis, this paper put forward the cost management plan of Zhongjiang low rent housing project which can improve the cost budget and control, as well as the implementation suggestions of project cost management. The proposed project cost management can be used as reference for cost control of construction enterprises.
