Moderate Economy Dimensions Problem Research Under The Constraints Of Natural Resources

Since the industrial revolution, population expansion, the city expanded in humans as well as to the economic growth of excessive pursuit of leading to ecological environment suffered serious destruction, caused a series of ecological problems, such as desertification, climate change, all kinds of frequent natural disasters and ecological service function reduction etc, these due to human aggression caused by environmental degradation and ecological imbalance are in the interpretation of growth failure. Resource and especially the human survival of the natural resource scarcity intensity is increasing and has become the bottleneck of economic growth factor is the fact that does not dispute. The harsh reality and the objective laws of nature to people declare publicly is in macroscopical economy also should pay close attention to economy of scale. Although from the time of the classical economics, economists have begun to pay attention to the economic scale limit problem, but the economic scale limit problems in modern economic growth theory and theory of new classic growth had been removed, they are more concerned by what means to maintain sustained economic growth, neglected the natural resources to the economic growth limitation of action.The article summarizes the previous study on economy of scale,analysed our country’s current economic growth mode and the restriction factors to economic development,and then from the human demands in the two dimension--goods services demands and ecological service demands, in order to maintain the sustainable development of human beings, proposed the moderate scale of economy.The so-called moderate economy dimensions, is refers in the existing development ability especially ecological supply capacity constraints, the marginal product service utility and marginal utility of ecological service of the equal economic scale.It needs to be emphasized, moderate scale of economy is the economic development before reaching the limit of the scale to meet goods services demand and ecological service demand, and can maintain the sustainable development of human and society of economy of scale.The article uses microeconomics research tools-marginal utility and indifference curve to study the moderate economy dimensions,sets up a theoretical model illustrates the moderate economy dimensions is not a fixed scale of economy.lt will be with the technical progress and human on the lowest goods service demands and the lowest ecological service demands change and produce change.Finally the article puts forward policy suggestions to maintain moderate economy dimensions.
