Then, start with the direct investment of Chinese companies to the status and characteristics, form three aspects analysis of the market seeking, resource seeking and technology seeking. On this basis of the analysis, select the data of40counties about Chinese OFDI relationship, collecting and sorting the host country of gross domestic product, technology index, resource intensity, freedom score, the total import and export volume of China with the host country, the trade dependency of the host country and other data, using Eviews measurement software to multiple linear regression analysis, to explain the relationship between OFDI location choice of these variables. And using SPSS software for Q type cluster analysis of40states’actual data under the direction of research in the article.deeply reveal the law of Chinese OFDI location distribute.The result shows that our market seeking type OFDI was mainly distributed in the market of the larger Asian developing countries. resources seeking type OFDI was mainly distributed in countries with high resource intensity, technology seeking was mainly distributed in the developed countries of the high technology index. Finally, on the basis of the empirical analysis, combined with the development of Chinese enterprise OFDI location selection and Chines actual conditions, according to location advantage and different types of OFDI puts forward some corresponding recommendations. These analysis for our country’s industrial policy and trade policy adjustment to provide useful support and inspiration, and help to make scientific overseas investment strategy. make the Chinese OFDI location structure more reasonable.
