A Study On The Rural Inclusive Finance Of China

Our country has considered it to be strategic importance to perfect the country’s financial system, and to improve the financial service function during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period of financial reform and development. Because the rural finance in China plays a serious constraint role to our construction and improvement of overall financial system. And also rural finance is core of rural economics, whose reasonable construction has quite important meaning in development of rural economics, in establishment of economics system of socialist market, and in realization of harmonious society. The current goal of rural financial system construction is to establish rural inclusive financial system in accordance with the characteristic of our country agriculture and farmer demand.As this stating point, this paper studies the basic theories of development of rural inclusive finance, including its theoretical foundation, inner meaning and development process, and indicates the main content and significance. Then after the analysis of our rural inclusive finance development, the paper points out that such finance have not yet met rural resident’s need, have weak Sustainable Development ability and incomplete ecological and legal environment in finance field. The exploration of the deep reasons causing the problems, suggests that the backward of our agricultural economy, the long term block of dual construction between urban and rural finance, and incomplete system caused by improper government participation lead to the current situation. Also with the introduction of successful mode and experience of rural Inclusive Finance development in foreign contrives. As a conclusion, it states that if we manage to make further development, we need to strictly keep the rural inclusive finance service helpful to farmers, enhance the Sustainable Development ability and let government play a crucial role in the construction of rural inclusive finance.
