Our domestic insurance business has obtained the considerable development since1979. With China’s entry into WTO, the China insurance market has opened up and the competition pattern is changing. Enterprises should do roundly and systematical plan and research in a complicated environment for survival and development. Corporation insurance is an important part of the cause, as foreign insurance companies’entering, the domestic legal person business market competition became fierce, each insurance company has tried to exploit the corporate business market.Based on the above situation, this article takes the Xinhua Life Insurance Company as the research object, discussing about its place market environment, competitive strategy.Firstly, the paper reviews and summarizes on the strategic theory and competition theory;Then, using the SWOT method to analyze the market competition environment of Xinhua and research on its current situation.Thirdly, on the basis of the original analysis of competitive advantage and dynamic competition,we established Xinhua Life Insurance Company’s competition strategy. At last, the author gives some ideas and measures in aspect of strategy pattern which under the competitive advantage and changeable competition.
