With the accelerated pace of the market economy, the influx of foreign liquor brands and a large number of domestic small and medium enterprises appear white wine, Chinese wine enterprises will face a severe test. Marketing strategy as a weapon will play a vital role for enterprise’s existence and development.In order to solve pratical difficulties in market,reshape brand influence for Luzhou Old Wine Shop in Hunan,and still hope to draw lessons for other liquor companies,this paper has studied the reasearch on marketing strategies in Hunan Luzhou Old Wine Shop.First,this paper summarizes the reasearch on Marketing strategy,analyses the internal and external market environment in Luzhou Old Wine Shop.Then we can see advantages and disadvantages, challenges and opportunities in Luzhou Old Wine Shop. Also analyze the company’s own marketing strategy defects. Secondly, the above analysis to determine the company’s target market and market positioning, develop a marketing strategy for the enterprise itself. Finally, to corporate marketing strategies in the implementation process can proceed smoothly, the paper information management, service, sales team building and strategic assessment of the results are four aspects of the implementation of marketing strategies for protection.According to actual situation in Luzhou Old Wine Shop, reasonable marketing strategy are put forward,and a series of process are supervised and guaranteed.With these marketing strategies are improved and implemented step by step, we can promote the growth of company profit,and provides practical significance for Luzhou Old Wine Shop’s development.
