Custom wine industry competition in the rapid development of China's economy intensified,in such an environment to develop very well,this type of custom wine business is very necessary to get out of their own business development path.This study focuses on the development trend and profit model of custom wine in Luzhou old cellar.The development of Luzhou Laojiao custom wine development status analysis,in Luzhou Laojiao development achieved certain results at the same time,there are many problems,such as the concept of conservative marketing,pattern homogeneity serious;marketing team is not professional,inefficient;Brand understanding depth is not enough,the wine culture is not in-depth mining;marketing model is single,slow channel reaction;business philosophy is not clear,the lack of systematic marketing strategy,to identify the flaws.After the analysis of the development of custom wine in the SWOT,Luzhou Laojiao custom wine in culture,brand,talent technology and policy have an advantage;at the same time the brand is not enough maturity,and the gap between competitors,the intensity of brand communication And the competitive brand and other aspects of the existence of disadvantages;Luzhou Laojiao custom wine development has also been a substitute to seize the market,the brand's regional development blocked,the national policy impact,vicious market competition and the new generation of consumption habits change But the development of Luzhou Laojiao in the cultural heritage,themacroeconomic situation improved,the standardization of liquor industry,high-end custom mature and high talent there is an opportunity.This paper analyzes the profit model of Luzhou old cellar custom wine and puts forward the improvement strategy.The marketing strategies of "National Pits 1573","Guangzhou Tajiku","Mid-Autumn Wine" and "Chicken's Year-old Sapphire" are introduced.And then from the increase in custom wine enterprise identification system,combined with the needs of customers to customize wine,tap the connotation of brand culture,strengthen the intensity of brand communication and reorganization of marketing channels for the construction of custom wine improvement measures.Luzhou Laojiao custom wine profit model out of the safeguards.From the information management system construction,marketing team construction and strengthening the construction of after-sales service for the development of custom wine made a guarantee.This paper is based on the domestic marketing model,strategy and management of custom wine enterprises,and it is of great significance to understand the status and influence of custom wine in various kinds of liquor sales.The research of this paper has important theoretical and practical significance to the development of Luzhou Laojiao and the wine industry in China.
