With the continuous development of new network technology, people purse more higherlife level, the market was socialized division refinement deepening, the Two-Sided Marketform increasingly appear in people’s life. In Two-Sided Market, people transact via aplatform, as a platform to provide transactions or service to the market, The Two-SidedMarket save the transaction cost and improve the probability of a deal and frequency, in orderto gain benefits from a reached-deal, platform will make certain price strategies to both sidesto the market to provide the service of specific aim.In this paper, we first make a brief introduction of basic concept such as Two-SidedMarket, price discrimination, the platform enterprise as well as the channel fee. Then wesummary the theoretical research and literature review of Two-Sided Market. In the third andfourth part we establish retailers’ pricing model and price discrimination model, after analysison retailers’ price discrimination behavior, we get the following result:In Two-Sided Market,platform business choose to make tilt pricing structure to attract more consumers andsuppliers by the effect of cross network externalities. By the basic assumptions of thesuppliers and consumers belonging, the establishment of the retailer’s profit function, weshow that in Two-Sided Market, retailers choose to make discriminatory price to increasetheir effectiveness, if the effectiveness is greater than or at least equal to the total utility lossof suppliers and consumers, the government should not regulate it. The discriminatory pricingbehavior reallocation of resources of interest between different stakeholders, and does notreduce the total social welfare. When retailers increased utility through discriminatory price isless than the total utility loss of suppliers and consumers, government should take economicand legal measures to regulate it, reducing suppliers and consumers utility loss, and limit therange of reasonable and legitimate.
