Research On Domestic Small And Midium-Sized Enterprise Information Risk Management

"Information is the inevitable choice for China to accelerate industrialization andmodernization." In recent years, the information of China showed a strong trend, informationindustry sustainable development, which promoted the steady growth of the economy. Theeffect of the application of information technology in all areas of society more and moresignificant, from traditional agriculture to energy, transportation, chemical and machineryindustries, and information services system has improved constantly. SMEs in Chinaaccounted for more than99%of the total number of enterprises, but due to their own lack offunds and effective personnel, the information did not reach the expected results. The relevantdata showed that only10%-20%of information technology projects was success. The reasonis mainly caused by lack of risk management knowledge in the process of the constructionand implementation of enterprise information. So the establishment of SME information riskevaluation system is very important.From a risk management point of view, base on the current status and problems ofdomestic SMEs, combine with the success and failure cases, and use the logistic model toanalyze the information risk of SMEs, conducting an exploratory research. First, discuss thebackground and significance of the topic, introduce the current research of information risk,and overview the framework of the thesis and main innovations; then expound relatedconcepts such as information and enterprise information and review risk management theory;then, summarize the situation and problems of SME information construction with thefishbone diagram; combined the checklists, expert investigation and IT Pentagon Figure toidentify and classify the information risks of SMEs, while use Logistic model to analyze thesamples, and predict the success probability of the case; Finally, from the government andcorporate perspectives propose recommendations to guard against the information risk, andalso point out the conclusion and the limitations of the work and the future research.
