Along with the rapid development of logistics, as a important part of modern logisticssystem, warehouse automation system that’s out or storage scheduling problem affects notonly the storage efficiency of the system and intelligent level, but also operationconsistency and reasonableness of the entire logistics system. In order to make automationthree-dimensional storehouse more effective management and improve the overalloperation efficiency, it is necessary to optimize space and stacking machine operationroute which reduce goods handling and storage costs, avoid the backlog of funds, depressthe time loss of the storage and handling, thereby reducing the logistics cost and increasingprofit. Therefore the research for warehouse automation dispatching system has theimportant theory significance and project application value.Base on the collection of predecessor’s research results and theorist, firstly, this topicintroduces the research background, research status and research content of automaticstereo warehouse. Secondly the chapter optimizes intelligent scheduling system by usingproduction knowledge representation rules, and reasoning mechanism of automatic stereowarehouse scheduling expert system, studies the scheduling strategy of automationstereoscopic warehouse and adopts advanced RFID technology to design for the ins andouts processes. Based on the abstract factory design pattern and3-tier application softwaretechnology, the article also studies the data access layer, business logic layer and interfaceshow layer of Warehouse Scheduling System frame structure. Finally, it takes anintelligent warehouse system of some electric power company electric energymeasurement center as an example, it selects the appropriate scheduling strategy, designsdetailedly a database table structure, acquisition task module and task management moduleand achieves the desired purpose.
