Beginning from1950s, Labor-intensive Industry gradually transferred from USAto Japan. In1970s, as local labor cost rising, Labor-intensive Industry transferredagain from Japan to Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore and other Asia countriesand areas. After twenty years, with China mainland Reform and Opening Policy,Labor-intensive Industries began its third transference into China market. And evenmore, with China manufacture industry capacity kept rising and manufacture costdown advantage, more and more international industries came to China anddeveloped more and more faster.As more and more global industries came to China, China became the world’sworkshop center. Benefited from the good importation and exportation policies ofGovernment and nearby Hong Kong convenient port, the Pearl River Delta regionattracted more and more global manufactures, it developed rapidly and was calledThe center of world’s workshop, Be one of the global famous manufacture enterprises,F company set up its first factory in Shenzhen by the end of1980s, whichmanufactured3C products, and kept30%income grow up each year. More and moreinternal famous IT products provider became customers of F company, and this trendsbecoming better and better from year to year.Different customers have different order fulfillment module as they produceddifferent products, which with different usages, different functions, differentstructures, different manufacturing and assembling methods. But the resources of onecompany are limited. It will cost large resources waste if one company set separateorder fulfill system to manage all the orders and production workflow for each of itscustomers. As a result of this, if one company wants to win the market competition,it’s very necessary for one to efficiently manage their order fulfillment and resource sharing, save resource spends, especially for those manufactured companies.This thesis came up with customer management intensive, convincing customersto accept currently order fulfill process, and upgrading current order managementsystem. K company is one of important customers of F company, who make30percent income increase for F company. At the beginning of the corporation betweentwo companies, K company’s order module is very different from other customers,which impact F company’s current work flow and cost F company a lot to maintain Kcustomer’s product. So F company set up special team to work on K customer’s ordermodule improvement. After deep study and analysis, F company summarize thedifferences between K customer and other customers, and come up with efficientimprovements on K customer order module, such as the establishment of PDMsystem to strengthen the material data management; loading SAP system to improvethe efficiency and accuracy of the ERP system operation; and also, the establishmentof ATP the function model of the system to automatically confirm the actual demandcommitment of customers. Thanks to the improvement, the factory productionefficiency is enhanced, the production elasticity increases further, K customer orderenvironment has been further improved.By this way, we could enhance F company’s core competency and find a way toprovide a useful reference on order management for other manufactured companies.
