Drug price issue not only in China, in the world also is the difficult problem ofgovernment regulation. China’s high price of drugs, drug market price chaosphenomenon is serious, already caused the high attention of the government. China’smedicine price regulation that goes back to20years ago, on drug price regulationcourse and the reform of medical system in China ’s development is inseparable,relevant regulation policy is a part of medical system reform, at the same time reflectsthe overall situation of economic development.Because the medicine is the property that makes the restriction of it is quitecomplicated, just take a single policy is unable to achieve the purpose of reducingdrug price. Although at present our country on drug price policy more and more, alsoproduced certain effect. However, in the absence of the eradication of " medicinesupporting medical" mode, all the regulation policy is only temporary relief drug pricegrowth deformities, and not fundamentally solve the problem of drug price.This paper uses the regulation economics, pharmaceutical economics andinformation economics theory, combined with Chinese drug price regulation situationand related policy analysis, by means of qualitative and quantitative research methodcombining effects of drug price, by constructing the econometric model, usingEVIEWS software analysis of government regulation on drug price increases, tryingto find our country drug price regulation failure root cause, to explore a suitable forChina’s national conditions, strong operability and easy to implement and supervisionof drug price system, which not only to fill the economics of regulation on drug pricefor applications in the field of academic research gaps, has certain theory significance,but also to the medical system reform of China health the development has theimportant practical significance.
