| With the continuous development of management control systems, many researchers turn their attention to behavior of managers in the organization, and researchers achieved remarkable results related to this issue in western countries. But in China, researchers put more attention to the control method in the business process, and study less on the behavior. Researches on the behavior in the management control have been become a forward-looking direction in the area, and understand the management control characteristic of manager behavior is the basis for effective behavior management. In this paper, it researches the manager behavior characteristic in the aspects of values, attitudes, and motives. Research shows that managers behavior can be divided into4different types in manage control in China, each type performance different demographics characteristic and behavior feather.In this paper, we make a structured behavior questionnaire though individual questionnaire, factor analysis and statistic surveying principles and methods, the result shows that:(1) The managers behavior in management control can be explained by values, attitudes and motives, which classify the managers into four types:team cooperator, obedience, self-value achievement and environmental awareness.(2) The number of each type managers is different, and it shows obvious behavior feathers in every group.(3) Outstanding achievement of each group has close relationship with the control environment. We observe this issue in three elements:organization fairness, information feedback and target difficulty. Finally, based on measurement results, sum up the conclusion and paper’s lack, and give constructive advice. |
