| With the rapid development of the past three decades，private equity financing hasbecome a major mode of investment and an important approach to enterprises developmenton world capital markets. Private equity financing is comparatively late in China, yet itshows sharp increase in its total value in domestic financial markets. Risk always goes handin hand with investment, from the investment starting to the finishing, risk is always there.In this thesis, after reviewed the previous studies on the risk management theory onprivate equity investment funds (PE) at home and abroad, four aspects of research workhave to be done. Firstly, this essay makes a systematic study on the risks of private equityinvestment funds, and then we analyze the reasons in detail. Secondly, we compared theinternational famous PE-soft Yin Saifu(SAIF) with some domestic large PE on the measuresto be taken when face various risks. Finally, base on operation characters of domestic PEand its operation period, and considering actual domestic conditions, we brought forwardpertinence control measures for the main stage risk and the transmission risk. When facedwith systemic risk, PE should take measures such as emphasizing the responsibility of localgovernments, following the operation of the regulations and process of the company,detecting the potential risk and proposing adjustment step and so on. When faced withnon-systemic risk, we tended to propose the solutions from different angles, for example, PEcan optimize its management team and the internal administration to attract capital, canperfect the restraint and incentive system on fund managers, can build the scientificreasonable and systemic internal control methods, can formulate the perfect scientific riskmanagement system to control the risks which are raised by its target enterprises. |
