Ifsome of the effects of factors such as financial subsidies or tax breaks on the profits ofenterprises have experienced substantial changes, so will change the decision ofenterprises, entrepreneurs may choose a new business model. If the target of theenterprise is not the proift maximization, but will minimize risk as the goal, so thatenterprises profit can not to have incentive effect, such entrepreneurs will choosc arelatively conservative management strategy.
