The Innovation Effect Evaluation And Capacity Building Of Business Model Innovation

The great benefits that business model innovation has brought raised explorationboom in the theory and business fields.The definition of the connotation and nature, thediscusses on the elements, and the exploration of the mechanism are gradually unveilingthe mystery of the business model; at the same time, business model innovation hasgradually become the export that scholars and entrepreneurs seeking to change; therefore,the research on effect evaluation and the innovation ability of business model innovationhas important theoretical and practical significance.The research on business model innovation has some theoretical basis, but it is notvery clear for its process, and there is not yet clear, consistent and scientific theories andmethods on how to evaluate it. Therefore, how to enhance the innovation ability stillcannot be traced. This paper, on the basis of previous research, clarified the process ofbusiness model innovation, and gave a clear, close to the operational level assessmenttheory and methods about the aspects of business model innovative assessment, in order toguide enterprises to enhance the ability of business model innovation.First of all, combined with the literature review of the business model and innovation,this paper researched on the enterprise business model innovation process and elaboratedon its contents, with the method of systems analysis, laying the theoretical foundation forempirical research of business model innovation evaluation in the next. Secondly, we didin-depth study on the evaluation aspect of business model innovation evaluation process,trying to establish a set of evaluation system on the business model innovation effects. Theoperation research on business model innovation elements and effect is based on thecontent analysis method. Finally, this paper took the training and upgrading of businessmodel innovation ability as one of the important research content. Based on thecombination of business model innovation process and its contents, this paper discussed onhow to cultivate and enhance the ability of business model innovation from the followingaspects: the abilities to identify the timing of innovation, to integrate elements and theirrelationships, and to implement and evaluate etc..This paper used content analysis mainly, took the successful enterprise businessmodel as the object of study, paid special attention to the dynamic process of innovation inthe enterprise business model, and tried to explore an effective evaluation of the business model innovation from a new theoretical perspective.Through content analysis, ittransformed the non-quantitative literature materials into quantitative data, and made aquantitative analysis using SPSS11.5statistical software. The results of the analysis will bean important basis for the establishment of business model innovation evaluation system.At the same time, this paper analyzed the results in-depth, gave a reasonable explanationfor the clustering results, which will be the reference and guidance for the formation of amore comprehensive and objective business model innovation evaluation theoryframework. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The business model innovation process includes the following stages: identify thetiming of innovation, integrate elements and their relationships, and implement andevaluate stage.(2) The evaluation of the business model innovation should include logicalevaluation and effect test two parts.(3) Business model innovation capability includesidentify、 integration and coordination capacity, implementation and evaluation capacity,and learning ability.
